How do we start working together?

Do you assist businesses with foreign ownership?
Our corporate practice includes establishing companies with foreign participation, branches and representative offices, as well as adapting corporate documents and governance models to Kazakhstan requirements.
Do you assist AIFC companies?
Yes. We support incorporation and liquidation of AIFC companies. Procedures, required documents and scope of services are assessed for the company form and the client’s objectives.
How are fees determined?
Fees depend on the volume of documents, complexity and timing. Payment terms, additional expenses and scope are agreed before the relevant work begins.
Can we work remotely?
Matters that do not require attendance in person can be handled remotely. Communication and document exchange arrangements are agreed at the start.
