Dispute resolution
Pre-trial settlement, court representation and support during inspections by public authorities.
We help resolve civil and administrative disputes by assessing legal positions, conducting negotiations and representing clients at all court levels. We also assist with recognition and enforcement of court judgments and arbitral awards and protect clients’ interests during inspections by public authorities.
Legal assessment and pre-trial settlement
- Preliminary legal analysis of a dispute and preparation of a legal opinion on its prospects of resolution.
- Pre-trial settlement, including demands, negotiations and drafting dispute settlement agreements, mediated settlements and court-approved settlement agreements.
Court representation
- Representation at all court levels in all categories of civil and administrative disputes.
- Preparation of all types of procedural documents, including claims, appeals, motions, statements of defence, objections and other submissions.
Recognition and enforcement
- Advice and assistance with recognition and compulsory enforcement in the Republic of Kazakhstan of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards, including awards of arbitral tribunals.
- Advice on enforcement proceedings and support with enforcement of court decisions.
Inspections and disputes with public authorities
- Representation of clients during inspections by public authorities.
- Challenging administrative acts and actions or omissions of public authorities.
